Alumni Tracer Study

St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) is conducting an Alumni Tracer Study to gather information regarding the employment status, career progression, further studies, and professional experiences of its graduates. The information collected will be used for institutional planning, program evaluation, accreditation, curriculum enhancement, quality assurance activities, research, and other legitimate educational purposes of the University.

Collection and Processing of Personal Information

By participating in this survey, you agree to provide personal information which may include, but is not limited to:

  • Contact Information
  • Degree Program Completed
  • Year of Graduation
  • Employment Information
  • Educational Background
  • Responses to survey questions and feedback

The information collected shall be processed solely for purposes related to the Alumni Tracer Study and other legitimate academic, administrative, research, and quality assurance activities of the University.

Data Storage, Retention, and Disposal

All information collected through this survey shall be stored securely in the University's authorized information systems and databases. Personal information shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal requirements, support institutional research and quality assurance activities, and maintain historical alumni records.

When the information is no longer necessary, it shall be securely disposed of, anonymized, archived, or deleted in accordance with University policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Data Protection and Security Measures

SPUP implements reasonable organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction. Access to survey data shall be limited only to authorized personnel involved in alumni relations, institutional research, quality assurance, academic planning, and system administration functions.

Responsible Office

The St. Paul University Philippines Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office and the concerned University offices responsible for alumni relations, institutional planning, and quality assurance shall oversee the collection, processing, storage, and protection of information gathered through this survey.
